How to publish on Zillow.

   Step 1

   Create a free Zillow account (or sign in) at zillow.com.

   Step 2

   Go to "Sell" → "Post For Sale By Owner" (or go straight to zillow.com/sellerlanding/post-fsbo).

   Step 3

   Enter your address and claim the home if it already shows in their database.

   Step 4

   Set the status to "For Sale By Owner" and the price using the market band we gave you.

   Step 5

   Paste the US-EN copy into the description and fill in beds, baths and square footage.

   Step 6

   Upload your kit photos; drag to reorder and lead with the best exterior/hero shot.

   Step 7

   Set your contact preferences: Zillow shows a contact form — decide whether to also display your phone.

   Publish. NOTE: Zillow does NOT syndicate FSBO listings to Realtor.com — that is exactly why you also do the flat-fee MLS step.
