YouSellSmart provides materials and tools for selling property without a traditional agency. This policy explains what data we process, where it lives and who receives it.

1. Data controller

2. What we process

  • About you as a customer: name, email, contact details, language, currency and, where needed for invoicing, tax details.
  • About your property: cadastral reference, address, surface, photos, target price.
  • About viewing requests: the interested person’s name, email and phone number.
  • Site usage: pseudonymous identifiers and funnel events (PostHog, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity), plus advertising events (Meta and, in the US, TikTok), only when you accept the relevant optional categories.

3. Where it lives

Core records and photographs are stored in the infrastructure configured for the service. Some technology providers may process data inside and outside the EEA under their terms and applicable transfer mechanisms. Stripe processes payments; card data never touches our infrastructure.

4. Who we share with

  • Providers needed to operate the service: hosting and storage, OpenRouter for AI functions, Brevo for email, Stripe for payments, monitoring, and the optional analytics or advertising tools you authorise.
  • We do not automatically publish or send your listing to portals or agencies. We deliver the materials so you decide where to publish them. Any additional external service requires an explicit request or authorisation.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you can exercise access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability by writing to [email protected]. For deletion requests we preserve the audit log unaltered per legal requirements but pseudonymise the personal data attached to it.

6. Retention

Contractual and tax data: 6 years (Spanish Commercial Code). Sale and notarial data: per notarial law. Optional cookies: up to 13 months or until consent is withdrawn.
