Cookies

We use a small, explicit set of cookies. The essential ones are necessary for the site to work; everything else is only activated if you authorise it in the cookie banner or on this page.

1. Essential (always on)

  • yss_consent — stores your decision on optional cookies (valid 12 months).
  • yss_utm — stores URL UTM parameters for 30 days so we can attribute your first traffic source if you sign up.
  • yss_currency — remembers your display currency (EUR / GBP / USD).
  • OpenAuth session cookie (if you sign up) — keeps you logged in.

2. Analytics (optional)

Only when you accept the Analytics category. They let us see which landing converts best, where in the funnel visitors drop off, and the return on ad campaigns. Anonymised.

  • PostHog (EU) — ph_* cookies. Funnel and product analytics. No data sold or shared.
  • Google Analytics 4_ga, _ga_*, _gid cookies. IP anonymised, Google Signals disabled. Used mainly to measure Google Ads effectiveness.

3. Marketing (optional)

Only when you accept the Marketing category. These cookies optimise campaigns and measure ad conversions.

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — _fbp, fr cookies. Used for retargeting and so Meta Ads can learn which visitors become customers. Without these, ads still work, but with a worse cost per acquisition.

4. Changing your decision

You can change your consent at any time by deleting the yss_consent cookie in your browser — the next visit will show the banner again. You can also block cookies entirely from your browser settings.

5. No third parties selling your data

We don’t use third-party cookies that sell your data to external ad networks. The services listed (PostHog, Google Analytics, Meta) process data according to their own terms and our DPAs.
